Every foundation project starts with proper site preparation. We excavate to the required depth, accounting for Michigan's 42-inch frost line, and ensure the subgrade is properly compacted and level. Drainage tile and waterproofing membranes are installed where needed to keep your foundation dry.

We build sturdy forms and place steel reinforcement according to engineered specifications. Our concrete is sourced from trusted local suppliers and poured with attention to proper consolidation to eliminate voids. Control joints are cut at the right intervals to manage cracking, and the surface is finished to the appropriate texture.

After the pour, we manage the curing process to ensure the concrete reaches its full design strength. Forms are stripped at the right time, and backfill is placed carefully to avoid damaging the new walls. We coordinate with inspectors at every required stage so your project stays on schedule.
